Wow. First, I live in a townhouse and am at the mercy of an association, so I'm biased. I hate associations and have, in fact, put my house up for sale to get away from them. Littrell sounds like a crabby old man. If he's in charge, he should have behaved like an adult and talked to the Smiths instead of hanging poop on their gate. And, of course, the other residents are going to have to pay for the association's legal fees.
The old adage that truth is stranger than fiction is definitely on display here, with the news that some woman from Mahopac, NY filed a claim against the city because her one year old stepped in dog poop. I am laughing as I type. ------------------- Stella
