More on the new animal abuser registry on Long Island

This first-ever-in-the-country registry continues to be in the news today (despite the fact that from a real news perspective, there doesn't seem to be anything new to the story - everyone is still waiting to see if Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy is going to sign the measure).
