Chicago man accused of throwing kitten off second-floor porch

Aggravated animal cruelty charge is filed

A Logan Square man was charged with aggravated animal cruelty Tuesday after he flung a 2-month old calico kitten from a second-story porch because he said it had scratched him, authorities said.
