Another extremely disappointing incident...
video was captured on YouTube, and this link to a website called "Cop Block" comes courtesy of blog reader Bruce:

Thank you, Bruce (I think...) for the heads-up. The site also lists some contact information if you want to register your opinion with the local officials. If anyone finds the links don't work - or has others that do - please feel free to let us all know.
(PS: For what it's worth, police-shooting-dog problems are not limited to Missouri. It's definitely a problem in Chicago and I have read about other incidents elsewhere.)
