I AM DELIGHTED TO SEE A COUNTRY TAKING PRIDE IN LOOKING AFTER THEIR ANIMALS I ONLY WISH IRELAND AND BRITIAN WOULD FOLLOW - I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEIR LAW IS ON CRUELTY & WELFARE FOR CATS.
