Chicago, IL - A convicted felon charged with animal cruelty for allegedly leaving his
dog panting and foaming at the mouth in a car with the windows closed on
one of the hottest days of the year got off with six months probation
and 50 hours of community service on Monday amid questions about the
city’s handling of the case.
