Well, maybe the Lone Star State didn't get too far with its internet hunting efforts a few years ago......but one Texas lawmaker is now taking a cue from Alaska's Governor Palin and proposing to allow regular folks with shotguns and rifles to shoot wild pigs out of helicopters.
